Water leaks from curb wall.

So basically between the concrete curb wall and the bottom pressure treated wood (sill)wall, I am getting water creeping into garage. Usually the siding will overlap the curb wall to prevent this but since my concrete guy did such a poor job on the straightness of the curb wall, my siding friend just had the siding goto the bottom of the wall with no overlap. Does anyone know of a sealant I could use to put between the concrete and bottom pressure treated plate? From heavy rains I have noticed about 5 different places where the water is coming in.

You are not going to be able to caulk your way out of this situation. The wood you want to caulk is going to rot. I have a feeling your garage pad was not done correctly with a raised curb around the 3 sides. If you could post a pic that would get you better advice.
