Agree with just a cold line and a remote heater.
Why are you running it through a 4 inch pipe? It can be direct burried. But 1.5 with long sweep electric conduit elbows would be plenty big and much cheaper.
Do you plan on heating it year round? If not make a plan to drain it. I have a frost free down hill from my shop. I shut off the main to the shop and frost free and let drain out. Then shut the secondary main valve to the shop. Open the primary main again and I still have water to the frost free.
