Water proof floor to wall material

I am building a 30x36 pole barn. I have a concrete floor. The walls will be insulated and covered with OSB or Plywood. I am looking for a material to transition between the concrete floor and wall material that is waterproof so that I can hose out the floor without having to worry about the water seeping under the wall covering and up into the insulation.

Is there a cove molding type product that can be used in this situation?

You omitted the one salient fact of how tall this needs to be. Look at FRP panels or vinyl baseboard or cove base material

Nothing is foolproof., or waterproof. When you install the wall, do not bring the insulation and wall covering down tight to the floor because water will leak in there. Give it a gap of at least 1/8".

Others should speak up who may have tackled this issue.

PVC trim like Azek could be a buffer...but its not self-sealing to the minor variances in the floor. I think you will have to caulk to prevent the majority of water intrusion. I think you'd have to make it 2-3.5" tall to keep surface tension from causing it to want to wick upwards.

I was thinking around 6" tall. I'm not going to be going crazy with the garden hose, I just don't want water seeping under the wall and possibly getting up into the insulation.

I was going to leave a small gap between the insulation and the floor. I want something that will seal between the wall and the floor to help stop air infiltration since the barn will be heated. With that said is there some type of waterproof product that can sit between the fiberglass bats and floor to insulate that gap.

Maybe I am worried about nothing here.

Use pressure treated 1 x 10's as your baseboard. Put them on first then set your plywood on the 1 x's. Caulk well before painting.

Keep insulation and wall finish about 1" above the floor and install typical terra cotta cove tiles with thinset.

If you want about 6" tall, you could lay a PT 2x6 on edge and screw it to the wall. Putting a bead of silicon down before setting the 2x in place and maybe run a bead where they meet afterwards.

As far as the insulation goes, you get a case of Great stuff or other expanding foam and fill the gap in behind the 2x6. If you fill in the entire depth of the 2x6, do it in lifts allowing for it to expand and dry before putting in another layer.
