water proof frost wall

I am digging and putting in a frost wall to go with in floor heating.
Any ideas as to how to make this waterproof, as in do I put in something about 6" underground to keep the water from sinking down to the insulation.
Do I need anything, do people put something in or just leave it as is.
I have rocks and weeping tile to put in with the insulation.

I am not sure exactly what you are doing - do you have a slab on grade that already has insulation underneath it, and now you are going to insulate around the perimeter?

Why is the tile weeping? Did you upset it?
