Water seeping under the garage door

I have some water coming inside my garage every time it rains. It took me a long time, but I finally noticed where the water is coming from.
The water is coming from the bottom of the door.

First picture was taken inside the garage, and the 3 other pictures were taken outside the garage.
There is a yellow gap sealant between the bottom of the door and the concrete , this sealant has small holes, that's where the water is going.
Is there a higher quality sealant that I should buy? or do you advice some other method?

New sealant could be reapplied, but I would also make sure that water is running away from the door, and not pooling on that bottom edge.
