I have a craftsman water separtor on my lift at work. For a while it would fill it. Now its not. I drained it out about 2weeks ago.and it hasnt had a drop in it since then. Is the separtor bad? I know theres lots of water in the lines. I can drain the main line and it pours out.

If you have water in the line downstream from the water separator, then obviously it's not working.
It may not be the separator is bad. How hot is the air when it flows through the separator? The air must be cool enough for the water to be liquid. The separator doesn't work on vapor water. It may be the vapor is passing the separator, but cooling off and condensing later in the line. If you're using the compressor more now than you did when the water separator was working, the air temps may have risen.
