Water under/around garage door - help!

I've been fighting water getting around both corners of my garage door for awhile.

Here's a picture of one side showing the problem from the outside:

As you can see, the concrete garage floor pad is slightly lower than the concrete driveway, and is pitched the wrong direction so that water tends to collect at the corner of the door. Also there is a seam between the garage floor section and driveway which has this flexible seam filler, which I think is also hurting things.

I've already put down a rubber strip under the door to create a dam. This has helped, however I still get some coming in at the corner, and of course water is standing and starting to rot the wood. I also just today replaced the actual seal on the bottom of the door with a better one and adjusted the gap out, which should help some especially with wind blown rain getting in.

However the real problem is this concrete. My first plan is to try to dig out that flexible sealer to give the water some chance to use that expansion cut as a drain away. However long term I'm not sure what my options are.

Seems like I would have to grind the two sides down towards that cut as a trough? Or possible to use some sort of epoxy type product to "build up" the garage side with a slope out? Would something like this resist vehicle traffic?

Thanks for any insight in advance...

It looks like the background of that photo the ground is higher. You'll always get some run off from the surrounding ground. You need to take care of the entire problem to solve the issue. I'd suggest a French drain around the perimeter of the garage, a trench drain across the opening and make sure you route the down spouts somewhere that they are dumping water back towards the garage.

The other more expensive option is to raise the garage, pour a stem wall (or a course or two of block) and pour a new garage floor effectively raising the opening above the water.

Cut a trough in front of the door with a diamond blade in a grinder. Or for those who haven't poured yet. :
