Water under garage door.

Hey guys whats the best way to stop water from coming in under a garage door.
It faces the north so everything we get heavy rain with winds it comes under the door. Allot.
The door sits down tight to the concrete all the way across and it seems to be sealed pretty good.

Ive tried one of those it didnt work. the water came in around it.

Is the concrete slopped to drain to the out side at the garage door? Or is it level like the rest of the slab? If its not slopped it will let water under the door in most cases.

it has the slab then the apron that slops down.

Yeah.. I know these blues. Might have to get the concrete at the garage front mudjacked to slope the right way.

Ive tried one of those it didnt work. the water came in around it.

You sealed the ends? I use these and they work perfectly for me. I made sure the ends were sealed all the way to the building's sheathing.
