SHOCKING! I walked in to my office this afternoon and there was a box from Sears on my chair. They actually filled my order. The box is A+, especially for $10. I wish the website would have let me order three like I tried to.

I received my two today. Well packaged and in perfect condition. They shipped from a store in VA to NC. $30 shipped to the door.

Placed my order on 5/29, got shipping notification email 6/2, still haven't showed up and the email did not have a tracking# Anyone else have this issue? Tried to chat on Sears Outlet, they were of no help.

I also have a shipment in limbo. Ordered 5/25, outlet emailed as shipped on 6/2. No projected delivery date, tracking #, nor carrier identified.

I contacted Sears Outlet via phone at 877-927-7957 earlier. I actually talked to an AMERICAN which was a nice surprise. The lady was very helpful and she contacted the store that my order was supposed to be shipped from, apparently they had it ready to ship and it ended up not being shipped for some reason. She talked to the store's shipping manager and he is having it overnighted to me and I am supposed to see it by Wednesday. We'll see...

Got mine in 2 days ago. Ordered two, only received one.
Emailed customer service, and got a immediate apology,a follow up with the store that shipped (they're shipping another one out right now) and 20,000 SYW points. So I basically got the boxes for free minus shipping... Can't beat that for customer service!

Regardless of hassle, I won't hesitate to order from them again when they follow up like this!

Turned mine into the Rivnut/rivet box.

I lined the bottom of the box and tray with some scrap marmolium.

I also added some cabinet door bumpers to the tray holders and the bottom of the tray.

The tray doesn't slide around anymore, and it won't scratch up any surface I put it on.
