Waterloo bottom box - info request

Anybody know anything about this little beauty? Actually, I find it to be rather homely in that color, but might be an ok box to put under the Proto I'm cleaning up to flip, if the price is right. Big maybe with the mismatched colors. Was this maybe a medical cart with that bumper around the bottom?

My Sears medical cart (probably made by Waterloo) holds as much or more than the normal Waterloo red toolbox I have (half moon handles). No issues loading it down with power tools.

$50. If I'm looking at it for a flip, between the color, the name, and the medical aspect, probably more thna it's worth to me.

Cruz, not ignoring your input, if I was buying this thing to keep and use, I'd be much less concerned about the medical thing or the name. Don't want you to think I'm running down your box.

No issues at all. Mine is from the grey/red era, even though the bottom medical cart is all red. Has a grey/red top box, and paid $70 for the set.

Several manufacturers made medical carts as well as tool boxes. I've come across them in the past but never purchased one simply because they creep me out.

They are built every bit as well as a regular tool box but medical carts are not what I would consider good flipping candidates. I watched one on Craigslist sit for 6 months listed at $100. It was pea green and in almost perfect shape.

Certainly does. I've got a pretty nice Proto box for sale right now that isn't getting much attention because it doesn't say Snap On.
