Waterloo Pricing..?

I have an opportunity to purchase a brand new in the box Waterloo professional 52", 11 drawer cabinet, with drawer liners and upgraded casters for $1550. I'm quite unfamiliar with this brand, and was hoping someone could let me know if this was a good deal, and if its a good product. Looks just like this.

I would see how much the crapsman equivilant is. They are made by Waterloo as well. Waterloo is not a respected brand and just about anything is a better box.

That depends I have a Waterloo Traxx 58" box and it's every bit as good as a KRA snap on

Yes, Waterloo has good boxes. The Traxx box is an excellent example.

as with most things, they have cheap, inexpensive boxes... and expensive very nice boxes.

I've done some more research, and it turns out that is a very mediocre price for the cabinet, I still don't really know much about the quality of this particular model, but I won't be buying it, as its not a great deal, and I don't really "need" it right now. If it was a screaming deal I would have bought it. Thanks for all the input.
