I have 2 Waterloo boxes. They are not the same level as Craftsmen. They are OK for home use but not everyday pro quailty. You get what you pay for. Bought mine at Wholesale Tool here in Tampa but they also sale mail order.

Waterloo makes the entry level craftsman boxs, as well as brands like Duralast boxes found at Autozone.

I've seen Waterloo equipment used in some Detroit area mock-up and engineering facilities. I think the guys like them because they are still made in in the USA.

Here in Canada, at Canadian Tire they carry the Waterloo boxes. Some are very low end, but the one you want is the Magnum Series, top of the line box, I've got my eye on the 40 inch wide combo. :canada:

Look into the Harbor Freight boxes they are great for the money. They are built just as good as any quality toolboxes out there IMO.

Waterloo is made in Missouri, They make the basic Craftsman and also a Magnum version for Craftsman, They did offer a China version as well to compete in the lower end markets, I don't know if they do that anymore. I have some friends who work there.

They also made, or at least used to have a higher end line. Waterloo was one of the sponsors for my college solar car team and they sent us a really nice 56in box. It was build like a tank. It survived being a public box used by 15 different people for the last three years I was at Tech.
