Waterloo top chest

I've heard conflicting stories on Waterloo chests; some think they are ok but others don't...
I know its not going to be as sturdy as the Truck Brands, but for the money this might be a good topper for the HF bottom box (except for the color)

It's basically a mid 90's craftsman box. Friction slides and all. A bit on the thinner side.

Waterloo still makes the higher end magnum series for Sears in Sedalia Missouri. Most of the stuff they make there for Sears and a lot of other companies as well are all Higher end models. Most of the cheaper stuff is off shore. Kinda surprised they offer glides instead of bearings on anything.
