Waterproofing concrete slab deck?

We recently had a boathouse built with poured concrete as the decks. The upper deck has developed some very small cracks that are leaking through to the bottom floor.

I’m wondering if anyone here is familiar with a product that I could seal the top deck so as to stop the leaks and prevent freeze damage during the winter.

Anyone familiar with a product?

Traffic deck coating are installed as a system with multiple layers. I would think on the limited area an elastomeric caulk could be used, if you prep just the crack, prime and apply.

Armorpoxy carries a couple of products for this depending on the usage of the upper deck. For more aggressive usage our Traffic Deck Membrane system or our standard Armorpoxy Liquid Membrane Coating. Please contact us directly at below (no PM please) for more info and a quotation.

We use Duradek coating on our exterior decks with living spaces below. Maybe on option?

Interesting construction...so is that a floor above or a roof? How thick is that concrete slab? It was formed underneath and poured/cast in place? What is the slope on it? Steel frame looks pretty light if it's floor slab (but everything appears to be spanning short distances)...

If it's a roof, it may be a better idea to do a single ply roof membrane? Traffic coatings are expensive. SIKA and MasterSeal are the traffic coatings I've been involved with on several projects, parking garages and stadium concourse deck. Did I mention they are expensive?

I was thinking the same thing. I don't think I've ever seen anything quite like it. Maybe the OP will share some construction details.....
