I have a 3 car over/under garage which uses flexicore for the upper garage floor. Some very thin cracks have developed in the concrete over the flexicore which allow water from the upper garage to drip through the seams of the flexicore in the lower garage. I am wondering if an epoxy paint would seal the hairline cracks or if a concrete sealant would work better. Any recommendations or advice would be appreciated. Thanks. Bud

Crickets...

:headscrat Maybe I should rephrase my question. Will hairline cracks in concrete (the kinds that are present in all concrete) propagrate up through the epoxy or sealer? Thanks in advance.

LOL The cracks in the lightweight concrete on top of the flexicore are what I'm asking about. But thanks for your concern.:)
