Watrerloo Tool Chests at Walmart?

I was in Walmart today and noticed several displays of some off brand tool chests. They were all boxed so I couldn't look/see up close but the shipping stickers still on the box said Waterloo. They were 41" long. Anyone have info on these? It appears Walmart is stepping up their tool dept big time with lots of new additions. I wonder if this is a Black & Decker deal?

This is prob. going to be highly YMMV...as evidenced by one some of the green handled OEM tools some members have posted finding.

With that being said, Waterloo has several lines of quality with regards to their tool chests. The 4 drawer cabinet that Lowe's had for blow-out prices late last year were pretty low-quality...and I'd almost be willing to say that if Wal-Mart will be carrying Waterloo boxes...they'll be pretty much comparable to the one that Lowe's had.

I'd still be interested in seeing them at some point anyway though.
