Hi – I am in the process of putting up a new shop 40 X100, It’s been a tuff old go, Same old story getting to the end of the build and running out of money so looking for inexpensive ways to complete the list.
The problem is what to put on the shop floor – the objective is to keep the dust down, make clean up easy and if possible to have the added bonus of bettering the appearance. A friend poured a concrete counter top a few months back, he did some pretty funky stuff with it mainly adding stuff to the mix so that things like bites of glass ect were visible at the surface, to seal the surface he used liquid floor wax and buffed it out – now his counter top surface was polished up very well before he hit it with the wax, but does any one have any thoughts about how this may work on a larger scale (like my shop floor) and if so what type and kind of wax do you think would work best ?
Cheers
