I had to jack up a post 7" due to setting it at the wrong height. Here is my jacking arrangement:

Second truss is up; installing purlins now. Its hot and I need more scaffolds! The Pneumatic Joist Nailer is a lifesaver, well worth the money to purchase!

For some reason, I can't see any of banzai's pics in this thread. And it makes me sad because I have a soft spot in my heart for rotaries. I've now owned 5 rx7's along the way.
