I picked up an older Weaver 4 ton jack. Bought it at an auction for about $90. It seems to be in really good shape, no leaks, pumps up fine. I pulled the piston cover off and wiped some of the thick grease off. It was a green color.
What would you guys recommend, I disassemble and sand blast? Could I do it myself with a grinder? Prime, and paint?

Feel lucky you got a good one for $90, flush the oil, and use the snot out of it. If you really want a project I'll trade you mine.
