Hello,

I found a Weaver four ton jack on Craigslist a few days ago and went to pick it up tonight. It's old as dirt but seems to be mechanically sound and I felt it was well worth the $75 the seller was asking.

This jack has an interesting feature where the front axle is on a pivot and can be steered by moving the lift handle from side to side. Does anyone else here have a jack like this?

I will have pictures tomorrow when I bring it in the shop. :)

That jack is older than dirt, but very very cool..:pimpflash

An ad from 1928 depicting what appears to be the same type floor jack:

Be sure to post up some nice pics..
