Weaver shop press

Obtained a Weaver 28 ton shop press (mid 1920’s?). Great condition almost all original. Restoring but can’t get headstock/threaded rod/rod casing apart? Anyone have experience dismantling one of these? Any help appreciated.

Have all those print outs. Not helping with actual disassembly. Would love to find manual explaining how to disassemble.
