Hi to all you knowledgeable folks!
I've read a few threads on here in the past and having just purchased a Weaver Wheel Counterbalancer thought that I would join and pick your brains!
I have bought this thing because I was fascinated to see how it works, however I've got it running but I haven't got any instructions and was hoping someone out there might know?
I believe it's 1950's and I have tried to attach a picture of it, but this is my first post and probably haven't done it correctly!
They also made these under the name Kismet Weaver and were made in both the USA and England.
If anyone can help me please let me know?
