Hello from Houston! My name is Kyle and I am and avid DIY-er and woodworker in my spare time. I will work on just about anything myself except gas stuff. I also like to build furniture and other woodworking activities.

I am an avid Astros fan, and moved back to Houston about a year ago. I found GJ while looking for answers to a few questions. We are about to buy a house so I can hopefully set up my workshop again. Figured I'd finally sign up and post so that I can ask the really detailed questions when they come up.

Welcome from Brenham TX, and Houston. Grew up (and still have a house) in Houston, was in the building supply biz my entire life. Retired a few years ago, and now spend most of my time at our ranch in Brenham.

What part of Houston are you in?

Big Astros fan also, heck just look at my screen name! Had season tickets going back to the Dome days, finally gave them up last year, just too hard to justify since I'm in Brenham all the time. They also got pricey for a retired guy. What a year!

I actually live in Kingwood right now. I was born in New Orleans but grew up in Spring, just North of Houston. I remember going to 'Stros games in the dome, sitting in the rainbow seats. This was a good year to say the least.
