Hello all. I am a weekend warrior in the garage, not a pro tech. I work on just about anything. I have found there is not much you can't do as long as you have patience, cell phone to call a buddy, good manual and the right tool for the job. During the week I am a school director for a welding school. I can weld just about anything but when it comes to turning a wrench I am way behind most of you. In my spare time I like to hunt, fish, ride the Harley, and spend time with the family... not particularly in that order.

The way I found this forum was try to google some suggestions for toolbox organization. I just picked up a new box this past weekend and have started putting it together. I am sure I will rearrange it multiple times. Everything was hanging on the pegboard and now is mostly in drawers. I can't wait to get some shelves on those walls now. My garage is a mess. I have to get it together a little better.

Welcome aboard. This forum is addictive, and you will find a wealth of info, opinions, and humor (WTF thread). If you are going to line the drawers of your toolbox, check out kitchen shelf liner at Walmart or Lowe's. Much cheaper than tool store liners, but you have to cut it to fit yourself.

Thanks for the welcome.

Bryan,
That's what they are lined with. I have some decent mid range tools and some cheapie too that I don't use as often but a liner, yep, wal-mart shelf liner.
