"This decades-old and proven design is coming to an end, as federal law requires that all portable fuel containers manufactured after 2008 must have childproof lids. "*

Friends,

I just today discovered the rich history behind the "Jerrycan", which petrol container has been coveted by the military of the world since their invention to help fuel the WWII German Whermacht.

The 20-liter Wedco Jerrycan will surely soon be sold out, as the 10-liter model already has, so here is a chance to grab a little piece of history, and functional utility, in the form of an airtight and leakproof ribbed-steel gas can.

Dang now I'll have to find a five year old to open the gas cans.

Serious didn't they learn with the "Child proof" medicine bottles? The kids can open them easier then we can.
