Weird Crowfoot Wrench?

I found these in the bottom of a box of mostly snap on tools I bought today. Most of the crowsfeet are the normal kind I am used to but two of them are different from the others and I have never seen one like them. They are probably a common tool I just have not encountered yet. Can anyone shed some light on to how these two are used?

My guess is that they are for fitting onto the end a torque wrench that uses interchangable ends. Possibly for hydrualic lines in aviation applications?
