Weird Sears sales pricing for Dewalt Ratchets.

I went into a Sears today to check out the Dewalt ratchet sets they had on sale for Black Friday and they way they priced the sets verses the individual ratchets made me do a double take. The 1/4" ratchet was on sale for the same price as the 1/4" set. The 3/8" ratchet was $3 more than the 3/8" set. The only one that made sense was the price on the 1/2" ratchet, it was on sale for less than the 1/2" set. I did end up buying both the 1/4" and 1/2" set, since they were only $22 and $25. The ratchets are smooth and the sockets look good.

Now you know why they priced the ratchets the way they did.

I think they priced the individual ratchets by weight. Those dewalt ratchets are on the chunky side.

There is nothing about sears pricing that makes sense.
