Weird snap on wrench

I found a wrench today at the flea stamped "1990 NADA CONVENTION" no part number. Front side of the wrench has newer Snappy logo and open end is marked 7/16"

NADA? Like the National Automotive Dealers Association? I don't get it.

Edit: They have this convention once a year, maybe snap-on used it to get some leverage for new customers?

That's what I was thinking or the NADA price guide people. Maybe some Snappy collector will want it.
