The NHL sends Phil Pritchard out every once in a while for me to give the Cup a sprucing up, like grinding off the Boston Bruins, :spit:

I know one of the coaches for the Blackhawks when they won in 2015. Last stop for the Cup was in my backyard for about 7 hours.

Bear trap. My dad's WWII USN hammock, leggings, pistol belt & a wooden shipping box he sent home from an unknown place at some point. Unfinished Mustang plastic model. I could go on. Someday I will get more than one car in that 3 car garage.

I'm surprised that no one showed a Billy Bass. :lol_hitti Sadly I don't have one anymore. :(

Mine's out in my garage. I have to look into trying to fix it one of these days. The tail stopped working and it only plays two songs. I'm pretty sure my Godson's little brother broke when they were over here one time. :lol_hitti

I also have a tiny plastic giraffe that I have no idea where it came from, but it's been there so long, it just "belongs".

I have a large variety of stuff in my garage and I can explain about all of it. Except for this. "Why do you have a two foot tall R2-D2 on your workbench and what are you going to so with it?" Ummm, ahhh.

trailer lights, fully functional - attached to a 12 volt power supply built from a PC power supply.

Tooth brushes of course.

Drafting brush (young whipper snappers won't know what that is) for cleaning off the drill press table.

More empty pill bottles than I can shake a stick at.

A caricature of me on a snowmobile.

A toaster oven and a full-size oven/range. Both have been replaced in the house; the toaster is for misc. heating of parts and the range is sticking around to bake paint onto parts for now.

Lots of random food containers (sour cream, etc) for storing bits of hardware.

Yoga mats—good for laying on so I don’t damage parts or have to lay on the concrete

I also got the "WTF" when folks saw my hot tub in garage. Great for watching curling and swilling scotch with the bride

We have evolved to storing Steri Strips in garage to avoid the wife having to hogtie me to stitch up wounds. Steri Strips are awesome.:bounce:

ok - I had to search what Steri Strips were.
After I found out, I then realized other places have other names for stuff :)

oh _ also I have a pancake griddle. Don't use it for cooking, but to heat parts up like bearings and parts to paint (winter).

Small pile of motel room plastic key cards. They make good scrapers when you don't want to scratch what ever you're scraping stuck on stuff off of. Need a few around 'cause they will melt if held in front of the heat gun too long.

I collect the fake credit cards that come in the mail for this purpose. They also work great as a putty knife and for mixing small amounts of epoxy.

Wheelchair lift. Because one day I’m gonna salvage the hydraulics and put a lifting bed center in my Ranchero.

8 Bang & Olufsen 4002 record players.

A mist green pedestal sink, attached to neither water nor drain.

A bedpan.

MREs.

4 chilled splits of champagne.

I have a "Wall of destruction" in the shop. Reserved for any of my friends to hang stuff they have broken. Connecting rods, bumpers, control arms etc. The wierdest thing hanging up there would probably be my buddies wedding ring. Its locked to a lock that and I tossed the key.

I wish it were a more interesting story, but I found that the best way to get an out of production proprietary cartridge for this model was to buy the whole turntable and roll the dice on whether the cartridge was any good. The 4002 usually had a $4-500 cartridge and most of the ones I got had very low mileage stylii. These were complex and finicky turntables and often boxed away or left unused when they needed simple maintenance, saving stylus wear.

I'm heavily invested in the platform, having a remote controlled 4004 turntable in my office and a remote retrofitted 4002 as my main system turntable (http://beolover.blogspot.com/p/beogram-4002-remote-control.html).

As an aside, they fit perfectly, 1 per drawer, in some of my vast collection of radio shack parts cabinets. I have high ambitions of making 5 fully functional turntables out of the parts and selling them on, but it is a low priority task for me.

The wierdest thing isn't the ring........it's the Vanilla Ice quote.......and the fact that I KNEW that!! Lol!

A Lemon tree. Or is it a Lime tree? According to my 84 yo mother that ordered it, it puts out both. Last summer i got two limes. Now its full of buds. It will go great with the beer fridge in the garage with Corona in it.
