Welcome help to ID this 1/2" Ratchet Plug

Curious if anyone might know off the top of their head the maker and ratchet or other tool this plug might fit. Marked A-3072 and is 1/2" Square Drive w/Lock Pin x 1/2" Hex Drive w/ Ball Detent.

Shoot, I have an old square drive socket that would be the perfect place for that little thing to hang out in!
