This is my second attempt at a cart the first was basically a box with casters. I never was really happy with it so I started another. Let me no what you think.

Looks Great!... But, you should have probly put the cable holder on the otherside. Looks like you have to move the welder to open the cover.

Looks great, but you do only flux core stuff??? I surprised you went through all that effort without making a provision for a gas bottle (or two).

I think the only problem may be if you add a provision for a bottle in back, you may need to extend the rear wheels back to keep it from getting tippy. I use 2 bottles on my cart...a mix for steel, and agron for aluminum.

Yeah, I got the welder for a Christmas present back when I was in college. My parents knew I wanted one but they didn't no that you have to buy the conversion kit separately plus I think the thickness capacity goes down when using gas. Right?
O well, works ok for now just not as pretty.

When I got my first MIG, I crafted up a cart from scrap I had around. Don't ask why a guy with a welder would build his welding cart out of plywood :)
