Yall my original cart the wheels broke off. If I had it to do over again I would forgo the original cart. The metal was much thinner that what I was using and I had alot of blow throughs.evildky said:I think it's funny the welder si sitting next to a fiberglass carvery nice cart, looks you you used a small off the shelf cart and built on top of it
I thought i'd throw up a few pics of mine. It came out real nice, i'm very happy with it. Very compact.

I have the exact cart. I got it for free when a buddy's dad closed his shop. The tank fit perfect on there and it has the strap for it too.
finally found a pic of my cheap HF cart. Nothing fancy but it keeps my 140 off the ground. When I get some spare time I think i might make a cart similar to smooths.
anyway here is mine:

That's an awfully big tank you got there, Mister!
What size is it?

170CF. Its a long story but, I called my local praxair to get a 40cf owner bottle....The ******* the phone gave me a price and told me to come on over. So i drove over, turns out she didn't have a 40, but she told me she had a 60 and she would sell me it for the same price. I thought cool! paid, loaded it in the truck and drove home....got home hooked it up and cracked open the regulator....and nothing... she sold me an empty bottle! Went back to praxair...she was sorry but told me that was also the last 60cf they had & the next size bottle of C25 they had was this (and she would give it to me for the same price again)..so I walked out of the store for $115 for a 170CF of C25.
Praxair made me a happy customer that day!![]()
