Thinking about picking up a Viking 3350. So far I’ve been learning with the company helmet we do tig and stick here. Any other recommendations?

In the market for one as well but my budget is a bit lower, I have been looking at Lincoln Viking 1740 on Cyberweld.com

I’ve been trying out a new brand called Blue Demon. It’s the panoramic model.

I’ve had it about 6 months so far, so I’m finally comfortable to recommend it. Check it out. The features are as good as advertised and it’s comparably inexpensive.

I’m really satisfied so far. Before that I had a Miller Elite last 8 years.

I have the Viking 3350 and absolutely love it! Granted my only points of comparison are an older mid level Miller helmet and a +10 year old Arc-One digital.

I have the Miller Digital Elite which I love, looking at current price and specs though the Lincoln actually looks like a slightly better deal.

For the money the Antra (available from Amazon) simply can't be beat. Cheap as dirt and the specs are virtually identical to the Lincoln Viking. Used two of these, one normal and the other the big view, and both have worked perfectly for three years.

I love my Viking 3350 - amazing clarity and auto darkening never fails. My backup is Hobart Inventor which is almost as nice as Viking but the Viking is way more comfortable.

Haven't tried a bunch but the Speedglas 9100XX has been excellent, very comforatable headgear and I really like the two shade-5 side windows to lessen the "tunnel effect". These appear to be an option now.

I bought a Arcone or is it Arc One, Viper a few years ago and have been very happy with it.
