Welded a fair share of dirt bike stuff up when I was a kid, torch and filler rod and often with a buzzer and 6011, cant say I really ever recall an issue and that was probably the least risk in that whole endeavor.
For the most part most people probably are not qualified to design a joint that would see a stress where the weld would be that kind of factor, not every joint even sees loads designed for the middle and a thousand other factors. Every once in a while I weld some bracket or deal on, common mig usually and often to a place where the weld was fine, usually a design or fatigue failure, could have put a space age rocket ship weld on the thing and wouldn't made 5 cents difference over the factory MIG job that was on there.

Fixed a half a garage full of motor mounts on dirt bikes with a buzzer and 6011, not much on one actually see's more severe service, never did a special thing to them and last as long or longer than they did from the factory.
Never once gave it a thought I might die cause i didn't have a team of metallurgists and engineers.
