Welding Rod Identification

I bought some welding rods at an estate sale and I am having a hard identifying who made them. They were in a Lincoln Electric can, but the Lincoln Electric was marked out and someone had written Hard Facing with a sharpie across the can. The only markings on the rods are C C 253003. My google skills are failing me when I try to search that number.
