Welding Rod Identification

I recently picked up a package of new welding rods from an old workshop and am not entirely sure what kind they are. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Here's some pictures.

Any numbers or info on the rods, 5mm is huge. Quick google - Bohler Fox SPE - German origin

The rods just say FOX SPE multiple times
down by the bottom. I was able to locate some more information on them via a Bohler spreadsheet. My real question is what they retail for. Thank you for your help!

They came in only a cardboard box that looks oil soaked? There prob junk.
