Welding screen as "curtain" for shelves?

So I have lots of storage shelves in my garage, but didn't plan in a way to protect things from dust and making it look good.
And I am looking for a couple welding screens, and came across a 75 yard roll of welding curtain. Gave me the thought that maybe I could stretch it onto a couple frames and have the frames slide over each other for access.

But also feel like maybe it would look ghetto?

Shelves in question.

It would work, even if you cut it into 3' wide strips so you could access stuff easy. I think it would look cheap and ghetto, but it is a garage. Best way is to build cabinet out of some osb or plywood. That is a long weekend job though.

I would run some timber up the edge to sort of box in the shelving. It will give it a much neater look.
From there you could place the strips on, just cut and mount a few and see how it looks. I use a storage supplier who uses that method, different application as it's a cabinet but it's the same principle.
BAC Systems in australia, their dust control series....

I have built a couple of cabinets that go right over standards, brackets and shelves like you have pictured. Put a beveled cleat up near the ceiling and built a back less cabinet that lifted up and over everything, although I did take the shelves down when lifting the cabinet in place.

Somebody asked me for pictures last week and I didn't get around to it. It's a pretty simple concept. More involved than what you're proposing but since you mentioned building frames wanted to mention it.
