Welding torch and stuff id

I inherited a welding and cutting set I know that #7 is the cutting torch but what are all the other bits ? and #11 what is the extra valve for ?

1. Small brazing torch

2-6 are all tips, they could be for those torches or for something else.

7. cutting torch

8-10 are also tips, who knows what.

11. also looks like a cutting torch but who knows, it looks like it has 4 knobs
