I am a farmer, there are many times I'm not able to get my "project" to the shop. I am looking to build a cart/ trailer to take my welder, torches, generator along with a few tools for a welding project. I have a service truck with the rest of my tools, but I only use my welder/ torch three or four times a year. I don't want them to take up a lot of space the whole time.

Thats what I did. My trailer was a 1940 Ford front axle, made into a trailer to tow around my welder and stuff to work with

I do have a hitch on my truck, but I was thinking of something a little smaller than a full size Trailor. The Kabota RTV isn't capable of a lot of tongue weight, and need to use it since it can go places (plowed field) that the service truck won't go. I can load the Kabota and small trailer on a larger trailer to take it to my general location . Then use the Kabota to get off road. I could use a small two wheel trailer, balance the load and make it work, but would still need a flotation tire to get in the mud, or loose dirt... Thanks

Grab a harbor freight 40x48 for under $200 and start from there. Should be plenty big to haul your gear and it will be nice and light too.
A tongue extension is worth considering as those little trailers can be difficult to back up.

Just looked at it, that will do great. Only thing I would need to figure out, would be how to put some type of wider, flotation tires n it. Maybe a little taller, for clearance. Any ideas on that? I know I would have to move and widen the fenders.

My uncle used the ends of Mopar Junk Axle housings (8 3/4 I think) but bolt in axles...
and Compact Spare tires for wheels on his Torch Cart he used in the Junkyard...

Build a trailer. Use a 3500 pound axle. If you don't want to build one, buy one. A cheap trailer can by obtained at any of the big box stores. Like Menards, Lowes, Home Depot or Tractor Supply.

Look for an enclosed trailer. If you're not using it, close it up and the tools and machinery is dry and locked. Plumb the exhaust for the welder/generator/compressor to the outside. Make sure there is space and ample airflow around the engine. Add a couple of tool chests or a job box to hold the tools.

Or, use an old two horse trailer. Use some sheet metal to enclose it.

Otherwise a 5x7 trailer with 15 inch tires and a 3500 pound axle.
