thanks! no i'm not a professional welder but i do welding for money. I do mostly motorsports and gates but this is not my main business

Also, I am assuming that the middle rack is for cylinders stored horizontally. If so, do you operate them in that position? Do you use propane or acetylene? I know that acetylene is not supposed to be stored or operated in anything other than the vertical position. Just curious.

yes the racks are for 2 oxy cylinders and used in that position the acetylene is in a vertical position but i didnt have in mounted in this pic. everything on there is mounted and can be removed if needed. I made the oxy for 2 cylinders cause you will always use more oxy than acetylene.

this was a fun project i built this for my nephew for christmas. I've built trailers before but this was the first welding trailer. I wanted something that was diffrent but looked cool to but still be able to work off it to.

I just started with a basic frame 10' x 77inches. The axel is 89 inches face to face. All the frame is out of 2x4 tube. The axel is set on a 60/40 from the front.

axel mounted and the tounge its 2x3 Turned it over then put on the new wheels and tires now it's a roller!

ok now its a roller so i started on the tool box on the front and then added the fenders

ok from here i built the lead reels the top is a roll bar i had left over thought it looked good plus might keep something from hitting the welder! put floor on getting ready for paint
