Be nice to know your current pressure switch (PS) settings. What filtration are you running too? The pressure tank (PT) has nothing to do with tap pressure but it would be nice to know about it too.
I'm probably not understanding you, because my Pressure Tank IS my tap pressure...
My set-up is a 350' deep well, Gould 2HP pump set at 340', a Well-x-trol 250 tank with internal bladder (set to 36psi cold) and a Square D pressure switch with low pressure shut-down - cut-in pressure is 40psi and cut-out at 68psi.
So my fresh water system's pressure runs between 40 and 68... There is no other pressure regulator in the system.
I'm thinking maybe the OP is asking how to increase his house pressure?
So 1st, like the rest of you, can the OP describe what he has? Might be as simple as adjusting his PT empty air pressure and then his well switch...
