Hi All,
I was just referred to this site, and it's already obvious that it's going to take me DAYS to read through all of the tech and good info here!!
After losing my 24x40' shop space when I moved out of CA, I have been in a "workshop purgatory"....trying to hide vehicles and tools in whatever spaces I can find. I've got the jones real bad to start spinning wrenches again and to have the proper "environment" to do it.
There is something very zen-like about being in a well-lit, organized and comfortable shop....with some music playing, and my old dog laying on the concrete keeping me company while I work....
So....I will need to design and build a new shop. I'm probably looking at a 3-year project (concept to completion) which is a depressing thought. But once it's done I should have something to enjoy for a lifetime.
Here's a link to my gallery page if anyone is interested in seeing the types of vehicles I enjoy playing with:
