Anyone know anything about this brand Welzh Werkzeug ? Looks like probably a rebranding company. Punch sets look like they are Facom.

2016 Welzh Werkzeug Catalog

Hard to say whether or not they are actually manufacturing their own product of if it's all outsourced. Almost all tool "manufacturers" outsource something from somebody. Some outsource more than others.
I'm not familiar enough with European-made products to be able to make a call either way, even if I was able to focus on the tiny images in their catalog.

There might be another member here who's more familiar with the brand.

Yep, just a rebranding company.

I would be surprised if there’s anything European made in their line.

In fairness, they seem to be picking the better (usable) stuff to rebrand

I’ve actually got a wiper puller of theirs. Made in Taiwan if I recall. Decent little puller, and reasonably priced, but I could get the same tool with any one of several names on.

Amusingly, there’s nothing German about the firm, they are based in the U.K. The address four.cycle gave above is a British one, not German.

Nothing special, some items can be good item or a good price but need choose wisely as may find same cheaper or better made/design tool from other brands .
Had some impact sockets as price good and they decent taiwan effort, the extendable flex head ratchets not bad, had the older satin finish ones via eBay some years back as silly cheap for what is same as ezred etc .
The half inch one has had some abuse in pull-a-part yard ...
