I just did my floor. I went with Rustoleum Rock Solid. I used the grey and added the fleck for a bit of non-slip. I think it is very good. I have not had it long so it is tough to give you a long term report but I can tell you that I moved vario heavy tool boxes, a compressor and an auto lift and the floor held up. Everything was moved in 24 hours after I finished. I had about an inch worth of material left on the paint in a bucket and it dried solid as a rock! The product is impressive.
Application was easy and straight forward. Everything went well and as they described it in the instructions. I watched a number of videos on-line. I did it to see any tips and tricks. One thing on the painting/application. As you go keep stirring/mixing the paint. This is to keep the color uniform. If not, you run the risk of a difference in the sections. Other than that, it's not a big deal to apply and just make sure you start with a very clean floor. My floor was coated already so I needed to test the paint on there to make sure it would hold up. If you are on concrete, you need to etch it first.
Here are the photos of mine.
