This was mentioned in another thread and seems like a nice set. Not very familiar with Wera, but they look pretty good. What do you think? I would like to get a nice bit set. I love the Snap On bits, but they get pretty pricey and for the work I do, I don't need ultra fancy. This one had some of the security bits I see at work some times too. Worth it or should I look into something (good quality / good value) else?

The price is very good, the bits are good and the bit holder is among the best. I would buy it.

Gold colored bits are Pozidriv (in P1, P2, P3). I use the bits on my SO ratcheting screwdriver. Have yet to use the bit holder that comes with it though.

The gold bits are specially for driving screws into wood. The grey ones are specially for driving screws into metal.

Hi guys...new to the forum, but not to tools, garages, or cars - love them all.

The reason I stopped in to say hello was regarding Wera, as my company is an authorized Wera distributor among other garage related tools. I sent an email to the GJ board admins/owners to become a sponsor of the board, hopefully fill an open vendor spot and provide some really great deals for you guys who love great tools. We actually sold a burst of screwdrivers from our eBay store over the last couple days to members here on the site - which got us thinking about heading over to say hello. My thought, as a garage/tool/car nut, it to get to know the board and your needs and see if it can be a win/win for everyone.

We look forward to providing you guys some great service and great products in the coming months, as long as we get admin approval/support.

For now, keep talkin Wera :)

Two of three of our new tool sites will be up just after the holidays.

Best,
Dean
