Sorry to revive this old thread but it may makes those of you who missed it or weren't eligible for it from being outside of Canada less unhappy. I placed a large order the day this thread was started, received one bit type quickly and just got an email from Amazon (seven weeks after placing the order) that none of the other items are available.
