Wera Joker wrenches have been reveiwed here. General consensus is they are kinda gimmicky for most and a bit overpriced. A select few seem to really like them.

Searching here should give up about 4 threads on them.

i was really sceptical about them...then once while i was working under the dash i got tired and gave up,went to the store to buy an 8mm ratcheting wrench,they only had wera,well i bought the wera,and i was really impressed how smooth they are,few days later bought 10,13 and 17.
