Westcraft tool box

Workin a deal with a guy at a garage sale he has a 6 drawer westcraft tool box in very decent shape. I know nothing about this brand. Any help gentlemen he is asking $50.00 I am thinking more like $30.00 to $35.00. Or that might be too much let me know please.
