I bought a Snap On MT-2500 off E-bay recently to diagnose a problem with my '93 Caravan's transmission. It came in the factory blow mold, but the latches were both broken. Not something I lost any sleep over when bidding, but when it arrived, I started looking into ways to keep it closed. While looking at the possibility of heat welding something, I noticed that the latch wasn't an integral part of the blow mold ... it was it's own piece, and had a part number. One quick google search lead me to Western Case's customer support email. One short conversation and they fired off replacement latches to me gratis, even comped the int'l shipping. Very impressed with their service.
