complete garbage.
i got a money order for 30$, then needed to send more money so i simply filled it out to myself and went to cash it at a wilson farms convenience store. they told me to take it to the same store where i bought it. so i went, but they told me i had to have the bottom part of the form to be able to cash it. arguing with the manager was a waste of my time so i went and found the paper and finally got my money.
how the 'seller' is supposed to cash one i have no idea
